On Saturday, Nathan and Ellie had their first “swimming lessons” at the Waverly Health Center. Its called toddler swim and is basically to get the kids used to the water and to teach them to kick and other basic swimming moves. She had so much fun splashing her daddy, and jumping off the side, I wasn’t sure we were going to be able to get her out of the pool when it was done.

The little boy to the right is in Ellie’s class at preschool. She loves him and was so excited to see him at swimming.

I was lucky enough to convince my husband to take her to these lessons, using the excuse that my swimming suit doesn’t fit – which, honestly, it might not. I haven’t tried it on…but really, who needs to see that? And he’s a good sport…and was honestly quite excited about it. Me…I’m just content sitting on the side snapping photos.
