In the beginning when I was emailing with her she was great and acted like everything was fine. I wanted to buy matching straps and got confused when I was ordering it and she got a upset with me and said she would only send the carseat and I was fine with that. She has never written back to me again. It has been two months now and I have emailed her a couple times and still never heard back. I even commented on her website the other day when she announced she was doing a give away on the site you just won on and it does ‘author has to do comment approval’ so I know she got it even though it is not showing up. I have apologized for getting confused back in April. No mean word were every expressed so I don’t know why she is ignoring me. I really wish I would have gotten my carseat cover. My baby is 6 1/2 months old and was only 4 1/2 mo. when it all started. He will be grown out of the carseat before I ever see it. That is if she ever sends it. Anyway, just thought I would let you know. Let me know if you ever get yours or how she with you.
